How we do it
It’s hard to get anything done when you don’t have a strong leadership team guiding you through it! At Aquatap, we have a dedicated training team who’s day to day role consists of hands-on training in the development of employees’ plumbing and personal skills, who aim to support and encourage the development of our workers.
What we aim to achieve by doing it
By providing the best training and support, our employees only improve and develop with each day. Seeing all of our apprentices achieve goals they have, both in and out of work, is one of the most rewarding experiences our training team can have.
Not only do we aim to provide training support for those looking to succeed in the plumbing industry, but we also ensure that our apprentices are checked in on mentally, as we have a strong dedication to mental-health wellness, and believe that it is something that shouldn’t be so‘taboo’ in the workplace.
